Contact CineMilitary
CineMilitary is a one-person research and writing project about military history and the true events behind war films. If you have a correction, a source, a story lead, or a question, I would like to hear from you.
Reach me directly at [email protected]. I read every message and usually reply within a few days.
Factual corrections
Accuracy matters more than being right the first time. If you spot an error in a name, date, rank, unit, or event, please include the source so I can verify and update the article. Useful sources are a veteran memoir with the page number, a unit record, or an archive reference.
How the site is researched
Every article is checked against primary sources before it goes live: veteran memoirs, unit records, and archives. When a film and the historical record differ, the article shows both and explains why.
